A thorough top-to-bottom clean of the whole home: every surface dusted and wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, and the kitchen taken down to the sink, counters and the fronts of the appliances. Bathrooms are scrubbed and disinfected — tiles, glass, fixtures and toilet — mirrors polished, bins emptied and beds made. Book it as a one-off, before or after guests, or on a regular schedule, and add the oven, the fridge interior or inside the windows when you need them. We bring our own equipment and supplies.

Carpets & area rugs

Wall-to-wall carpet, stairs and loose rugs cleaned by hot water extraction: a deep pre-spray breaks down the soil, then a truck-strength rinse pulls it — along with the detergent — back out of the pile. Traffic lanes, drink spills and pet accidents are worked by hand before the main pass, and pet urine gets an enzyme treatment that removes the smell rather than masking it. Wool, silk and hand-knotted rugs are colourfast-tested first and cleaned with a gentler low-moisture method. Most carpet is dry within 4–6 hours.

Upholstery Cleaning

Sofas, sectionals, armchairs, recliners and dining chairs cleaned one section at a time with a hand tool — every cushion is done on both sides, and the arms, back panels, seams and piping get the same attention as the seat. We identify the fabric and test an inconspicuous spot before anything is applied, then match the method to it: hot water extraction for most cottons and synthetics, low-moisture cleaning for linen, viscose and other delicate weaves. Body oil on the headrest, food stains and pet odour all come out in the same visit, and the piece is usually dry within a few hours.

Mattress Cleaning

A mattress collects sweat, skin cells and dust-mite allergens that a vacuum never reaches. We treat the surface with an anti-allergen solution, agitate it into the top layers and extract it back out along with the debris it lifts — both sides where the mattress can be turned. While we are set up, the rest of the soft furniture in the room is cleaned the same way: upholstered bed frames and headboards, benches, ottomans and window seats, plus curtains and drapes left on the rail. A deodorising rinse finishes the job and everything is dry in a few hours.
